Your HOA dues cover the maintenance & upkeep of our pool, clubhouse, grounds, and roads as well as the repair, maintenance and insurance of the exterior of each unit.
In light of recent inconsistencies or misunderstanding of Applewood Homeowners dues policy, the Board of Directors wishes to clarify the following:
“Applewood Park Villas Association homeowner's dues are due before the 10th day of each month. Any dues not paid by the 10th day of the following month in which they were due will incur a late fee of $25 for each month they are past due.”
This policy was adopted at the March 24, 2021 board meeting and went into effect June 1, 2021.
The amount of monthly dues is determined by the board of directors and voted on at the annual meeting in September for the following year.
